Capabilities
Nine controlled stages, one accountable factory.
Every product moves through a defined sequence — from metal forming to export dispatch — so buyers receive consistent quality at production scale.
Metal Manufacturing
Cutting, forming and fabrication of metal components — the structural base of much of the décor range, from lanterns and vases to wall accents.
Welding & Assembly
Joints are welded and assemblies checked against approved samples, so form and stability remain consistent across production runs.
Polishing
Surfaces are polished to the specified standard before coating or finishing — the stage that determines how a piece catches light.
Powder Coating
Powder coating provides durable, even colour across metal work — from matte blacks to muted metallic tones specified by buyers.
Finishing
Hand-applied finishes — antique, brushed, patinated — give each collection its final surface character, matched to approved references.
Wood Finishing
Wooden components are shaped, sanded and finished to highlight natural grain while protecting the surface for everyday use.
Quality Inspection
Products are inspected against approved samples and specifications before packing — finish, dimensions, stability and function.
Packing
Export-grade packing is specified per product — inner protection, carton specification and labelling aligned to buyer requirements.
Dispatch
Consignments are consolidated, documented and dispatched for international shipment in coordination with buyers' forwarders.
