Quality
Quality is a sequence, not a final gate.
Every order moves through checks at each production stage — aligned to approved samples and buyer specifications, and documented for audit.
Incoming Material
Raw materials and bought-in components are checked on arrival against specification before entering production.
Production
In-process checks run through forming, welding and assembly — catching deviation early, when it is cheapest to correct.
Finishing
Finishes are matched against approved references and buyer-sealed samples before batches are released.
Inspection
Finished goods are inspected for form, finish, dimensions, stability and function against the approved sample.
Packing
Packing follows product-specific specifications — inner protection, cartons and labelling checked before sealing.
Dispatch
Consignments are verified against order documentation before dispatch for international shipment.
The quality system operates within the company's ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management framework. Buyers may nominate third-party inspections; the team coordinates access and documentation.
